1. Services

T. Benjamin’s Barber Shop & Shave Parlor LLC offers barbering, grooming, and styling services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, particularly in cases of inappropriate behavior or health and safety concerns.

 

2. Appointments and Cancellations

Booking: Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that things happen, but we request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee or require a deposit for future bookings.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting other clients.

 

3. Mobile Terms of Service (SMS/Text Messaging)

By providing your phone number to T. BENJAMIN’S BARBER SHOP & SHAVE PARLOR LLC, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text (e.g., SMS and MMS) messages from us, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Msg & Data rates may apply.

Program Description: We send text messages to:

  • Confirm appointments and send reminders.

  • Notify you about schedule changes.

  • Send billing updates or receipts.

  • Share exclusive promotions, offers, and shop news.

Message Frequency: Message frequency will vary. You will receive appointment reminders prior to your scheduled visit and occasional marketing messages.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation and Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP“, “CANCEL“, or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Payment Terms

Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We accept cash and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of the service. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

 

 

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of T. BENJAMIN’S BARBER SHOP & SHAVE PARLOR LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of T. BENJAMIN’S BARBER SHOP & SHAVE PARLOR LLC.
